Unfortunately the allowable time to cancel your appointment has expired.  Before making the appointment it was asked that you acknowledge our Cancellation Policy which requires cancellations be make at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If within this time period your payment for the service should have already been applied in full.

For some critical circumstances this may be excused but only by administration personnel and only by direct call to our office.

If approved, you possibly will not be charged full amount for the service if you do not arrive for the appointment. If your account has already been charged, you may be allowed a refund, but a no/show charge amount will not be refunded.
